Maasai (Masai) is an Eastern Nilotic language spoken by about 1.3 million speakers in Kenya and Tanzania.The forms are taken from Vossen (1988) in a linguistic transcription (IPA). Where Vossen lists several phonological variants, the variant of northwestern dialects (Siria, Purko) was chosen.
